My little one has bouts of eczema still at 16 months, and it's really no biggie, especially if she doesn't usually have it. There's a great eczema cream by the makers of Triple Paste that we've used, but mainly we just wash him with Cetaphil since it's nondrying, do the "pat pat" after the bath, and lotion him up with whatever.
